Post-call, your in-house account manager will get straight to work strategising a bespoke route to market for your brand.

Once everyone’s happy and everything’s in place, your friendly Account Manager will draft your campaigns and make them live (previews will be sent to you for approval). We have many years of experience working with successful eCommerce brands and big budgets. We will utilise this experience for the initial set-up of your brand, but over time, and once the data starts flying in, we’ll craft a bespoke strategy that maximises YOUR returns.

Both social media advertising and email marketing campaigns need our daily oversight to ensure results are moving in the right direction (upwards!). Your Account Manager will constantly be split-testing variables and making data-informed decisions in your account(s) to optimise ROI. They will also be in regular contact with you to facilitate this process.

Your Account Manager will be your first point of contact. They will provide bi-weekly Loom reporting videos, bi-weekly catch-up calls that suit your schedule and 24/7 access to a reporting dashboard so you can check in on results in real-time.
